2. How do I find the right product category?

Step 1: Click on Add Products


Step 2: You can choose any categories you want.

3. Why can’t upload a branded product on Seller Center?

The message below is displayed as the product(s) you are trying to create may be prohibited or may require further information

A. You need to be authorized to sell this brand.

B. You can save the product, but changes will only be applied if the product is approved for sale on the platform.   

4. Why my product got rejected?

Rejection type: Image

- Image is blurry

- Image is grainy

- The product outline in the image has ridged edge (e.g., not smooth, saw tooth) with pixelated affect

- Image shows product wrapped in packaging

- The images do not match the product name, product description and/or attributes given.

- Offensive images including nudity or obscenity are not allowed.

- Image provided is stretched and inproportionate

- Front view of main product is not clearly shown in the image i.e. blocked, covered

- Image appears to be missing or corrupted

Rejection type: Content

- The category of your chosen product is incorrect

- Please specify the product colour of this listing

- Product is missing highlights

- Missing or inaccurate package dimension & weight

- Please add contents of the package (E.g. accessories such as chargers, user manual, etc.) in the “What’s in the box” field

- Please specify the number of items the custemor will receive

- Including links in product description in not allowed. Please include warranty information.

- Updates and amendments of warranty is not allowed as it may create conflict with past sales

- Updates and amendments of product specifications is not allowed as it may create conflict with past sales

- Size variations should be created for this product. Please add sizes in the “Product Pricing” tab

- Size variations should not be created for this product.

- Product price seems inaccurate

- This product has a Sale Price that represent more than 80% discount when compared to the Price.

- Please specify the product brand name in the “Brand” field


Rejection type: Policy
- This product is not allowed to be sold on Pasar24 due to exclusivity agreements

- This item falls under the list of prohibited items and is not allowed to be sold on Pasar24

- This product has been suspected for violating our brand-related policies

 5. How can I change my product category?

6. How do I add a new product/SKU?

How come I am not receiving notifications from Seller Center?

All notifications will be sent to the email registered in your Seller Center account. Please ensure you check in your conrrect email addreaa including spam and promotion folders.

13. How do I update my stock level?

Step 1: Go to Published Products.

Step 2: Click edit

14. How do I update my product prices?


15. What happens if one of my products went out of stock?

Buyer cannot buy the product when it is out of stock. Therefore, Pasar24 suggests merchant to check their stocks regularly.


16. How long does it take for a price update to be reflected on Pasar24’s website?

Once you have edited the product’s price, the price will updated instantly on Pasar24’s website after you refresh the page.


17. What is seller rating?

Seller rating is the numerical representation of your operational performance. Seller performance is rated from 1 to 5, with 5 being highest or excellent performance. You can review your store rating at Seller Center, then click View store.

18. Is there a basis for Seller Rating?

Performance is evaluated by buyer when their transaction is completed. Seller rating is depending on 3 basis: Accuracy of Product Description, Customer Care and Delivery Time.

19. What should I do to improve my Seller Rating?

You can do the following to improve your selling rating:

    1. Lead time – Check pending orders regularly, package and ship orders timely.
    2. Cancellation rate – Monitor available stock and update stocks level in Seller Center regularly.
    3. Returns – Ensure that the product is authentic, brand new and in perfect condition, product information reflects the product condition, product is packed according to packaging guidelines to prevent damages.


20. What happens if I have low Seller Rating?

Your products will not be appear in the store home. This will cause the customer not aware of your product. Thus, Pasar24 suggest you to improve your seller rating to avoid this kind of situation.
